Prophet John Anokye

Prophet John Anokye is a man of God, anointed by God and commissioned by the Lord to make ready the remnants of God. He is the Presiding Prelate of the Worldwide Word Ministries and The John Anokye Ministries Inc. He is married to his beautiful wife, Prophetess Elsie, and they have five lovely children.

A prophet by calling and an astute teacher of the Word of God, his prophecies have for years brought restoration and elevation to many lives both in Ghana and abroad. His monthly programme dubbed “Global Prayer Palace” has become the grounds to witness the wonder-working power of God through healings, the demonstration of the Spirit’s power and working of miracles.

Popularly known as the Lord’s General, Prophet John is an end-time prophet whose assignment is to raise people to function like Christ Jesus. Under his anointing and tutelage, many have discovered their gifts and testified of the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit in his life.

Though a busy man, he prioritises connecting with all who visit him to hear the mind of Christ for their lives. His radio broadcast airs every Sunday on Sunny FM. He is a humble man, down to earth, and always willing to help the needy, orphans and the poor in society.

We believe that the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, and that all Scripture is given by the inspiration of God, and that holy men of God spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

God for generations operated and revealed Himself to mankind in three distinct persons as God the Father, Son (who is the Word) and the Holy Spirit — and all three carry the fullness of the Godhead.

1 John 5:7

God created and made the heavens and the earth and everything in them. He did everything in an orderly fashion, and made them to function according to a systematic order.

Genesis 1

We believe that the church is the body of Christ, and that it is also the educational arm of God on earth.

1 Corinthians 12:27 · Ephesians 3:10

We believe and practise baptism of water as recorded in the Holy Scriptures, symbolising the believer's death and resurrection to new life in Christ, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit as a seal of the promise of the Father.

Ephesians 1:13 · Acts 1:8

We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and their manifestations given to the church, freely bestowed on believers to enable them to bear fruit and walk in righteousness.

1 Corinthians 12

We lay emphasis on soul winning and discipleship for every Christian. Discipleship is essential because of spiritual impartation and succession.

Matthew 28:18–20

We believe in the giving of alms, offerings and tithes. Giving is also an act of worship, which should be done from the heart to be acceptable and pleasing to the Lord.

Philippians 4:15–19

We believe in dreams, visions and revelations as a medium the Lord God uses to speak to believers and to make His purposes known to us on the earth.

Joel 2:28–29

We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ: that He will reign with the saints as their Lord, and also judge the wicked.

1 Thessalonians 4:13–18

We believe in the leadership of Worldwide Word Ministries, as they were chosen and ordained by the Holy Spirit Himself, and they live by the Word of God.
